Aksh Mailchimp widget for wordpress to let your users sign up for MailChimp list. You can use it in your any widget area defined in your theme. Wordpress Tutorial

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this aksh-mailchimp-widget.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the aksh-mailchimp-widget.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open aksh-mailchimp-widget.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside aksh-mailchimp-widget.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " aksh-mailchimp-widget.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " aksh-mailchimp-widget.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded aksh-mailchimp-widget.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Aksh Mailchimp Widget " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Aksh Mailchimp Widget " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Aksh Mailchimp Widget " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  Aksh Mailchimp Widget Configurtions and Settings or How to work " Aksh Mailchimp Widget " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " Aksh Mailchimp Widget " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Aksh Mailchimp Widget
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide
  1. Unzip our archive and upload the aksh-mailchimpwidget directory (including all files within) to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
  3. Go to Settings and look for Aksh MailChimp in the menu
  4. Enter your verified MailChimp API Key.
  5. Enter your MailChimp List ID.
  6. Give form input field labels and Subscribe button text of your choice (Optional).
  7. Hide/Show Name field in your MailChimp Sign Up form (Optional, default is display Name input field in sign up form).
  8. Option to show field labels as placeholder in input fields (Optional and default is to show labels in label HTML tag).
  9. Option to enable/disable Double Opt-in to send confirmation email before register into MailChimp list (Default it is disable).
  10. Go to Appearance-> Widgets and drag the Aksh Mailchimp Signup widget into one of your Widget Area.
