To install correctly this any-user-twitter-feed.zip .
Fisrt Download the any-user-twitter-feed.zip to your computer
Extract/Open any-user-twitter-feed.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside any-user-twitter-feed.zip and Open readme.txt .
Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

Step-1 : Download " any-user-twitter-feed.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Any User Twitter Feed " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Any User Twitter Feed " folder.

Check “I agree” next to their terms of service and click “create your Twitter application” 3) After this you app will be created. Click “Create my access token” and you should see at the bottom “access token” and “access token secret”. Refresh the page if you don’t see them. 4) Copy to widget settings “Consumer key”, “Consumer secret”, “Access token” and “Access secret”
