Automatically detects a domain name change, and updates all the WordPress tables in the database to reflect this change.

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this automatic-domain-changer.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the automatic-domain-changer.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open automatic-domain-changer.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside automatic-domain-changer.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "automatic-domain-changer.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "automatic-domain-changer.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded automatic-domain-changer.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "Automatic Domain Changer" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "Automatic Domain Changer" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "Automatic Domain Changer" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

  1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "Automatic Domain Changer" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Automatic Domain Changer
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

Requirements

Installing the Plugin

(using the WordPress Admin Console)

  1. From your dashboard, click on “Plugins” in the left sidebar
  2. Add a new plugin
  3. Search for “Automatic Domain Changer”
  4. Install “Automatic Domain Changer”
  5. Once Installed, if you want to manually change your domain, go to Tools > Domain Change
  6. If your domain changes, a notice will appear at the top of the admin screen with a link to the domain changing tool

(manually via FTP)

  1. Delete any existing ‘auto-domain-change’ folder from the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
  2. Upload the ‘auto-domain-change’ folder to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
  3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  4. Once Installed, if you want to manually change your domain, go to Tools > Domain Change
  5. If your domain changes, a notice will appear at the top of the admin screen with a link to the domain changing tool

Making your blog/site address automatically reflect your server’s name

Add the following to your wp-config.php file:
