Noted That:

• To install correctly this automatically-empty-trash.zip .
• Fisrt Download the automatically-empty-trash.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open automatically-empty-trash.zip to Your Computer.

3. Then, Find " Automatically Empty Trash " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Automatically Empty Trash

The Plugin can be installed in two ways.

Download and Install
