Noted That:

To install correctly this birch-layered-nav.zip .
Fisrt Download the birch-layered-nav.zip to your computer
Extract/Open birch-layered-nav.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside birch-layered-nav.zip and Open readme.txt .
Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

Step-1 : Download " birch-layered-nav.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " birch-layered-nav.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " birch-layered-nav.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Birch Layered Nav " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Birch Layered Nav " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Birch Layered Nav " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

Step-8 : Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about Birch Layered Nav Configurations and Settings or How to work " Birch Layered Nav " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
Then, Find " Birch Layered Nav " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Birch Layered Nav
Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Birch Layered Nav extends WooCommerce Layered Nav as such WooCommerce must be installed and its widgets class must be present. This is default for the active WooCommerce Plugin. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/birch-layered-nav` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress Use the Appearance Widgets Screen to configure the Layered Nav Familiarize yourself with the operation of the WooCommerce Layered Nav this widget is used exactly the same way and adds only one additional field which is a comma separated list of the slugs of WooCommerce Product Categories you want the given filter to show on. Make sure the comma separated list contains no spaces as such (shirts,hats,socks) not (shirts, hats, socks) 1.These slugs of WooCommerce Product Categories are viewable the following admin screen: Products-> Categories
