Noted That:

• To install correctly this botsplash-chat.zip .

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " botsplash-chat.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded botsplash-chat.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Botsplash Chat " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Botsplash Chat " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Botsplash Chat " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

3. In the Live Chat screen, copy the the “App ID” and paste it in the above textbox.

Already have botsplash.com account?

1. Login to your botsplash account.
2. On the right corner, Click on your profile, click settings and select App Info.
3. Copy the “App ID” and save it in the text box above.
