To install correctly this category-subcategory-list-widget.zip .
Fisrt Download the category-subcategory-list-widget.zip to your computer
Extract/Open category-subcategory-list-widget.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside category-subcategory-list-widget.zip and Open readme.txt .
Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.

Start the Tips:

Step-1 : Download " category-subcategory-list-widget.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " category-subcategory-list-widget.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " category-subcategory-list-widget.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Category Subcategory List Widget " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Category Subcategory List Widget " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Category Subcategory List Widget " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

Go to appearence -> Widgets and select Category and subcategory list widget and move to left or right side bar.

Under widget settings, set appropriate following options,

Set the required option to show or hide empty categories, show or hide count, select custom taxonomy or default category and Save it

Set the required option to show/hide category icosn

Verify it in front end screens in right/left side bar according to your settings.
