Noted That:

• To install correctly this cf-geoplugin-gps.zip .
• Fisrt Download the cf-geoplugin-gps.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open cf-geoplugin-gps.zip to Your Computer.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,
