Noted That:

  • To install correctly this chatlive.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the chatlive.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open chatlive.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside chatlive.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "chatlive.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "chatlive.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded chatlive.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "CHATLIVE – Support online chat" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "CHATLIVE – Support online chat" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "CHATLIVE – Support online chat" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about CHATLIVE – Support online chat Configurtions and Settings or How to work "CHATLIVE – Support online chat" in your WordPress site.

  1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "CHATLIVE – Support online chat" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is CHATLIVE – Support online chat
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

Descargas chatlive y subes a la carpeta /wp-content/plugins los archivos descomprimidos, luego, instalas el plugin desde la seccion plugins de wordpress. si tu theme esta correctamente desarrollado debes ver el chat en el tu sitio, sin ningun tipo de errores, en caso contrario, revisa el archivo header.php del theme que estas utilizando y verfica si se realiza la llamada a la funcion wp_head(); justo antes del cierre de la etiqueta .

Chatlive downloads and upload to the / wp-content/plugins unzipped files, then install the plugin from the plugins section of wordpress. if your theme is properly developed should see the chat on your site, without any kind of errors, otherwise, check the header.php file of the theme you’re using and verfica if the call to the function wp_head (); just before the close of the .
