Fisrt Download the clarify-password-reset.zip to your computer
Extract/Open clarify-password-reset.zip to Your Computer.

Step-1 : Download " clarify-password-reset.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Clarify Password Reset " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Clarify Password Reset " folder.
