Noted That:

• To install correctly this cm-footnotes.zip .
• Fisrt Download the cm-footnotes.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open cm-footnotes.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside cm-footnotes.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " cm-footnotes.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " cm-footnotes.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded cm-footnotes.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " CM Footnotes " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " CM Footnotes " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " CM Footnotes " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  CM Footnotes Configurtions and Settings or How to work " CM Footnotes " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " CM Footnotes " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is CM Footnotes
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

1. Upload the plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Define your footnote terms under the footnote menu item in the administration interface. The title of the page should be the term. The body content should be the definition.
4. Create a main footnote page (example “Footnote”) with no body content if you wish to. If you do not create this page then your terms will still be highlighted but there will not be a central listing of all your terms.
5. In the plugin’s dashboard preferences, enter the main footnote page’s id (optional as above)
6. There are a handful of other optional preferences available in the dashboard.

Note: You must have a call to wp_head() in your template in order for the footnote js and css to work properly. If your theme does not support this you will need to link to these files manually in your theme (not recommended).
