Noted That:

  • To install correctly this cm-table-of-content.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the cm-table-of-content.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open cm-table-of-content.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside cm-table-of-content.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " cm-table-of-content.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " cm-table-of-content.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded cm-table-of-content.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " CM Table Of Contents " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " CM Table Of Contents " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " CM Table Of Contents " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " CM Table Of Contents " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is CM Table Of Contents
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide
  1. Upload the plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Define your table-of-content terms under the table-of-content menu item in the administration interface. The title of the page should be the term. The body content should be the definition.
  4. Create a main table-of-content page (example “Table of Contents”) with no body content if you wish to. If you do not create this page then your terms will still be highlighted but there will not be a central listing of all your terms.
  5. In the plugin’s dashboard preferences, enter the main table-of-content page’s id (optional as above)
  6. There are a handful of other optional preferences available in the dashboard.
