To install correctly this cm-table-of-content.zip .
Fisrt Download the cm-table-of-content.zip to your computer
Extract/Open cm-table-of-content.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside cm-table-of-content.zip and Open readme.txt .
Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.

Step-1 : Download " cm-table-of-content.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Go to Plugin Install Cm Table Of Content

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " cm-table-of-content.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " cm-table-of-content.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Cm Table Of Content " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Cm Table Of Content " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Cm Table Of Content " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

If you do not create this page then your terms will still be highlighted but there will not be a central listing of all your terms. In the plugin’s dashboard preferences, enter the main table-of-content page’s id (optional as above) There are a handful of other optional preferences available in the dashboard.
