How to add Collapsing Category List in Wordpress

To install correctly this collapsing-category-list.zip .
Fisrt Download the collapsing-category-list.zip to your computer
Extract/Open collapsing-category-list.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside collapsing-category-list.zip and Open readme.txt .
Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

Step-1 : Download " collapsing-category-list.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Go to Plugin Install Collapsing Category List

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " collapsing-category-list.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " collapsing-category-list.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Collapsing Category List " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Collapsing Category List " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Collapsing Category List " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
Then, Find " Collapsing Categories List " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Collapsing Categories List
Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

If your WordPress theme don’t use the widget category list of WordPress, this plugin maybe don’t work. Frontend Go to Appearance/Widgets menu. Show widget categories settings. Activate the option “Show hierarchy” Activate the option “Collaps categories” and Save. Customize to your taste. Backend Go to Settings/Collapsing category list menu. Active the checkbox “Limit the selection of categories and subcategories…”. Indicates the maximum number of selectable categories and / or subcategories or leave it as zero so there is no limit. Add other limits for others levels of subcategories.
