To install correctly this comapi-webchat.zip .
Fisrt Download the comapi-webchat.zip to your computer
Extract/Open comapi-webchat.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside comapi-webchat.zip and Open readme.txt .
Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

Step-1 : Download " comapi-webchat.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " comapi-webchat.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " comapi-webchat.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Comapi Webchat " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Comapi Webchat " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Comapi Webchat " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

Step-8 : Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about Comapi Webchat Configurations and Settings or How to work " Comapi Webchat " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
Then, Find " Comapi Webchat Plugin " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Comapi Webchat Plugin
Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly, or upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/plugin-name` directory, from here Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress Open the Settings -> Comapi Webchat Settings to configure the plugin In the API Space field copy in the API Space id GUID which can be found in the Comapi portal in the Platform Configuration -> API Space Details menu option Now click Save Settings and go to your site to test, if the Comapi Webchat Widget doesn’t show in the bottom right corner, double check you have followed the steps above correctly and ensure you have added a team with the Webchat channel enabled in your Teams tab in the Comapi Chat tool, found in the Comapi Portal under Tools > Chat

Install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly, or upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, from here
Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress
Open the Settings -> Comapi Webchat Settings to configure the plugin
In the API Space field copy in the API Space id GUID which can be found in the Comapi portal in the Platform Configuration -> API Space Details menu option
Now click Save Settings and go to your site to test, if the Comapi Webchat Widget doesn’t show in the bottom right corner, double check you have followed the steps above correctly and ensure you have added a team with the Webchat channel enabled in your Teams tab in the Comapi Chat tool, found in the Comapi Portal under Tools > Chat
