Switch between languages with ease using xili-language plugin. Displaying only the posts in the set language. Wordpress Tutorial

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this complete-language-switch.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the complete-language-switch.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open complete-language-switch.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside complete-language-switch.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " complete-language-switch.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " complete-language-switch.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded complete-language-switch.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Complete Language Switcher " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Complete Language Switcher " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Complete Language Switcher " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  Complete Language Switcher Configurtions and Settings or How to work " Complete Language Switcher " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " Complete Language Switcher " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Complete Language Switcher
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide

Installing this plugin is easy.

  1. Install and activate the xili-language plugin
  2. Upload the complete-language-switch folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  4. Place in anywhere your templates or hook it in your template using .

A few notes:

  • Make sure you put en_US.mo files in the language folders when using the default language.
  • Check the /flags/ directory in the plugin to see if your flag is in there. Naming is the 2 last characters of the locale (eg. en_US) in lowercase in PNG format. So en_US would be: us.png
