  • How to add Contextual Related Posts in Wordpress

Add related posts to your WordPress site with inbuilt caching. Supports thumbnails, shortcodes, widgets and custom post types!

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this contextual-related-posts.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the contextual-related-posts.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open contextual-related-posts.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside contextual-related-posts.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "contextual-related-posts.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "contextual-related-posts.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded contextual-related-posts.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "Contextual Related Posts" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "Contextual Related Posts" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "Contextual Related Posts" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "Contextual Related Posts" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Contextual Related Posts
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

WordPress install (The easy way)

  1. Navigate to Plugins within your WordPress Admin Area

  2. Click “Add new” and in the search box enter “Contextual Related Posts”

  3. Find the plugin in the list (usually the first result) and click “Install Now”

Manual install

  1. Download the plugin

  2. Extract the contents of contextual-related-posts.zip to wp-content/plugins/ folder. You should get a folder called contextual-related-posts.

  3. Activate the Plugin in WP-Admin under the Plugins screen
