Noted That:

• To install correctly this continuon-social-crm.zip .
• Fisrt Download the continuon-social-crm.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open continuon-social-crm.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside continuon-social-crm.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " continuon-social-crm.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " continuon-social-crm.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded continuon-social-crm.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Continuon Social CRM " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Continuon Social CRM " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Continuon Social CRM " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  Continuon Social CRM Configurtions and Settings or How to work " Continuon Social CRM " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " Continuon Social CRM " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Continuon Social CRM
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Follow these instructions to install the plugin

Automatic installation

1. Search for Continuon Social CRM Login through ‘Plugins > Add New’ interface.
2. Find the plugin by Typing Continuon and click on the ‘Install Now’ button.
3. Then activate the Continuon Social CRM Plugin.
4. Go to your Appearance => Widgets page.
5. Drag the Continuon Social Banner widget in to the sidebar or footer. Enter your brand ID (XXXX.continuon.co) and banner ID.
6. If you would like to install it in the content of a page, we recommend making use of a plugin that can generate a shortcode for you (such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-shortcode/).

Manual installation

1. Login in your WordPress admin panel.
2. Navigate to Plugins => Add New from left menu bar.
3. Download the Plugin here
4. Click on the “Upload Plugin” at the top.
5. Choose the zip folder that you just downloaded, and click “Install Now”.
6. Once uploaded, activate the plugin.
7. Go to your Appearance => Widgets page.
8. Drag the Continuon Social Banner widget in to the sidebar or footer. Enter your brand ID (XXXX.continuon.co) and banner ID.
