Noted That:

• To install correctly this convergehub-forms-add-on-for-contact-form-7.zip .

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " ConvergeHub For Contact Form 7 " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is ConvergeHub For Contact Form 7
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

1. Sign in to your WordPress site as an Administrator.
2. In the main menu go to Plugins > Add New.
3. Search for “ConvergeHub For Contact Form 7” (without the quotes) and click on Install.
4. After the plugin is installed activate the plugin.
5. That’s it! Go ahead and start creating forms using Contact Form 7, and you will see a tab called “ConvergeHub Addon”.
