Noted That:

• To install correctly this crowdsignal-forms.zip .
• Fisrt Download the crowdsignal-forms.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open crowdsignal-forms.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside crowdsignal-forms.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " crowdsignal-forms.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " crowdsignal-forms.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded crowdsignal-forms.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Crowdsignal Forms " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Crowdsignal Forms " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Crowdsignal Forms " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " Crowdsignal Forms " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Crowdsignal Forms
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

The easiest way to install this plugin is through the “Add New Plugins” page on your site.
1. Go to the Plugins page and click “Add New”.
2. Type “Crowdsignal Forms” in the search box and press return.
3. Click the “Install Now” button.

Once installed you must connect your site to Crowdsignal.com
1. Activate the plugin and you will be brought to the Getting Started page.
2. Click “Let’s get started” to open a popup that will allow you to login or create a new Crowdsignal account.
3. You’ll be presented with an API key to use so press Connect and you’ll be brought back to your own site.
4. The popup will disappear and the message, “You’re ready to start using Crowdsignal!” will be shown.
5. Happy polling! Create a post and add a new “poll” block!
