How to add Custom Comment Notifications in Wordpress

• To install correctly this custom-comment-notifications.zip .
• Fisrt Download the custom-comment-notifications.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open custom-comment-notifications.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside custom-comment-notifications.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.

Step-1 : Download " custom-comment-notifications.zip " to Your Local Computer.
