Simpler management of DFP (DoubleClick for Publishers) ad positions

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this dfp-ads.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the dfp-ads.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open dfp-ads.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside dfp-ads.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "dfp-ads.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "dfp-ads.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded dfp-ads.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "DFP Ad Manager" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "DFP Ad Manager" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "DFP Ad Manager" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "DFP Ad Manager" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is DFP Ad Manager
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

Guide

Install plugin

  1. Download Zip File
  2. Navigate to your website’s admin page: example.com/wp-admin/
  3. Go to Plugins, “Add New”
  4. At the top of the page, choose “Upload Plugin”
  5. Upload zip file and install now
  6. Activate plugin

Set Up Ad Network

  1. Visit https://www.google.com/dfp/ and get your Account ID
    1. To find your Account ID, go to Settings. On the left sidebar, choose “Network Settings” and “All Network Settings”.
    2. Copy your “Network Code”. It should be an 8-digit integer for identifying your ad network.
  2. Visit the Ad Positions “Settings” in the WordPress Admin page.
  3. Add the DFP Network Code for Identifying the ad network for ad positions.
