  • Fisrt Download the dialogity-website-chat.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open dialogity-website-chat.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside dialogity-website-chat.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " dialogity-website-chat.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " dialogity-website-chat.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded dialogity-website-chat.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Dialogity Free Live Chat " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Dialogity Free Live Chat " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Dialogity Free Live Chat " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  Dialogity Free Live Chat Configurtions and Settings or How to work " Dialogity Free Live Chat " in your WordPress site.

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " Dialogity Free Live Chat " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Dialogity Free Live Chat
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

For using the plugin a Dialogity subscription is required, which can be acquired for FREE by registering for the service on https://dialogity.com .

Step-by-step guide

  1. Create an account (no credit card required): https://app.dialogity.com/registration
  2. Copy your account ID (UUID) from here: https://app.dialogity.com/install
  3. Install the plugin by using WordPress plugin directory or upload dialogity-wp-plugin directory to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
  4. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in the WordPress admin panel
  5. Go to the ‘Dialogity Chat’ menu in the WordPress admin panel (this is the plugins setting page).
  6. Insert your account ID to the first input.
  7. Save the setting.
