How to add Disable Wp Comments in Wordpress

• To install correctly this disable-wp-comments.zip .
• Fisrt Download the disable-wp-comments.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open disable-wp-comments.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside disable-wp-comments.zip and Open readme.txt .
