  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside echo-knowledge-base.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " echo-knowledge-base.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " echo-knowledge-base.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded echo-knowledge-base.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Knowledge Base for Documentation and FAQs " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Knowledge Base for Documentation and FAQs " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Knowledge Base for Documentation and FAQs " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  Knowledge Base for Documentation and FAQs Configurtions and Settings or How to work " Knowledge Base for Documentation and FAQs " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " Knowledge Base for Documentation and FAQs " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Knowledge Base for Documentation and FAQs
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide

You can install the Knowledge Base for Documents and FAQs from your WordPress Dashboard or manually upload it through FTP.

OPTION 1: Install Knowledgebase Plugin from WordPress Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Plugins -> Add New.
  2. Search for ‘Knowledge Base for Documents and FAQs’ and install the plugin.
  3. Activate the plugin in the Plugins menu.
  4. Optional step: configure the plugin in Admin menu, in Knowledge Base -> KB Configuration page.

OPTION 2: Manually Upload Plugin Files

  1. Download the plugin file from the plugin page: echo-knowledge-base.zip.
  2. Unzip the file echo-knowledge-base.zip.
  3. Upload the ‘echo-knowledge-base’ folder to your ‘/wp-content/plugins’ directory (do not rename the folder).
  4. Optional step: configure the plugin in Admin menu, in Knowledge Base -> KB Configuration page.
