How to add Ehive Search in Wordpress

• To install correctly this ehive-search.zip .
• Fisrt Download the ehive-search.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open ehive-search.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside ehive-search.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " ehive-search.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " ehive-search.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " ehive-search.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Ehive Search " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Ehive Search " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Ehive Search " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " eHive Search " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is eHive Search
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Dependencies:

• eHive Access plugin
• eHive Object Details plugin (optional but strongly advised)

This plugin requires the eHive Access plugin to be installed first. Please ensure you have installed and configured these plugins correctly first before installing this plugin.

There are three ways to install a plugin:

Method 1

1. Navigate to the plugins page by clicking the link in the WordPress admin menu.
2. Click the “Add New” link
3. Type the name of the plugin you want to install (i.e. “eHive Access plugin”) into the search box
4. Click the “Search plugins” button
5. Locate the plugin you want to install from the search results
6. Click the “Install Now” link and click “OK” on the popup confirmation window
7. Click the “Activate plugin” link when the plugin installation has completed

Method 2

1. Download the plugin’s .ZIP file.
2. Navigate to the plugins page by clicking the link in the WordPress admin menu.
3. Click the “Add New” link
4. Click the “Upload” link
5. Click the “Choose File” button and locate the .ZIP file you downloaded in step 1
6. Click the “Install Now” button
7. Click the “Activate plugin” link when the plugin installation has completed

Method 3

1. Download the plugin’s .ZIP file.
2. Unzip the contents into your WordPress sites plugin directory ( /wordpress/wp-contents/plugins )
3. Navigate to the plugins page by clicking the link in the WordPress admin menu.
4. Click the “Activate plugin” link below the plugin’s name
