How to add Electronic Signatures in Wordpress

• To install correctly this electronic-signatures.zip .
• Fisrt Download the electronic-signatures.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open electronic-signatures.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside electronic-signatures.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " electronic-signatures.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " electronic-signatures.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " electronic-signatures.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Electronic Signatures " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Electronic Signatures " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Electronic Signatures " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

Step-8 : Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about Electronic Signatures Configurations and Settings or How to work " Electronic Signatures " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " Electronic Signature on SwiftCloud " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Electronic Signature on SwiftCloud
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

You probably know the drill by now, but if not, here’s a step by step suggestion.

NOTE: The actual signature must happen on our server (with your logo, colors, even subdomain) in order to be legally binding. We must be able to guarantee, in court if needed, the signer intent, and we will never do that if the code is on your server. This plugin just helps with the thanks-confirmation and reporting.

1. Upload the Electronic Signatures folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or better yet, use WordPress’ native installer at Plugins > > Add New > > (search SwiftCloud)
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Click yes to create a thanks-page if you like, or get the URL of whatever page you want the user to land on after they sign.
4. See the video below to setup your doc. Link your WP site to it.
5. Inside SwiftCloud, set the pink-box after-signature action to return your user to a wordpress page.
