How to add Email To Download in Wordpress

• To install correctly this email-to-download.zip .
• Fisrt Download the email-to-download.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open email-to-download.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside email-to-download.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " email-to-download.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " email-to-download.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " email-to-download.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Email To Download " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Email To Download " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Email To Download " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " Email to Download " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Email to Download
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Way 1:
1. Download the plugin file
2. Unzip the file into a folder on your hard drive
3. Upload via FTP into your plugins (/wp-content/plugins/) folder
4. Activate the plugin from your dashboard

Way 2:
1. From Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Upload the plugin
2. Activate the plugin

How to use
1. Use ShortCode builder in the editor to put a shortcode for download.
2. Add your downloadable product in Dashboard > ETD Download section.
3. Check ETD Download > Settings for email templates and other settings.
4. Check ETD Download > Subscribers to see a list of all email addresses.
5. If you have EDD installed too, add the following code in your wp-config.php:
define( ‘ED_DOWNLOAD_PAGE_SLUG’, ‘ANY SLUG HERE’ );
6. If you want to change the slug later, use the above code, deactivate the plugin, activate again. Then flush permalink again.

You must flush permalink after activating. Please go to Settings => Permalink => Select anything other than default => Save
