Noted That:

  • To install correctly this embed-gutenberg-block-google-maps.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the embed-gutenberg-block-google-maps.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open embed-gutenberg-block-google-maps.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside embed-gutenberg-block-google-maps.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " embed-gutenberg-block-google-maps.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " embed-gutenberg-block-google-maps.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded embed-gutenberg-block-google-maps.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " Gutenberg Block For Google Maps Embed By Pantheon " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " Gutenberg Block For Google Maps Embed By Pantheon " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " Gutenberg Block For Google Maps Embed By Pantheon " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  Gutenberg Block For Google Maps Embed By Pantheon Configurtions and Settings or How to work " Gutenberg Block For Google Maps Embed By Pantheon " in your WordPress site.

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " Gutenberg Block For Google Maps Embed By Pantheon " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Gutenberg Block For Google Maps Embed By Pantheon
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide

This plugin can be installed just like you would install any other WordPress plugin. Because Google Map embes require an API key you’ll need to provide a valid API key in plugin settings as well. See the detailed steps below.

  1. Install and activate the Gutenberg plugin if you are on a WordPress version <= 5.0
  2. Upload the plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  4. Obtain a Google Map embed API key (instructions below)
  5. Visit the plugin settings page and enter/save your Google Map embed API key
  6. Clear full page cache if enabled for your site so the API key can be read from the plugin settings via the REST API
  7. Search for Google Map when adding a new content block
  8. Enter a location for the map. This can be an exact address for a queryable location, such as New York, NY
  9. Optionally edit the advanced block settings
