Noted That:

• To install correctly this enable-contributor-uploads.zip.
• Fisrt Download the enable-contributor-uploads.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open enable-contributor-uploads.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside enable-contributor-uploads.zip and Open readme.txt.

1. First Download "enable-contributor-uploads.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)
