eXactly GDPR Google Maps enables you to integrate Google Maps in a privacy compliant manner that respects the privacy of your visitors. Wordpress Tutorial

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this exactly-gdpr-google-maps.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the exactly-gdpr-google-maps.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open exactly-gdpr-google-maps.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside exactly-gdpr-google-maps.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " exactly-gdpr-google-maps.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " exactly-gdpr-google-maps.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded exactly-gdpr-google-maps.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " eXactly GDPR Google Maps " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " eXactly GDPR Google Maps " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " eXactly GDPR Google Maps " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  eXactly GDPR Google Maps Configurtions and Settings or How to work " eXactly GDPR Google Maps " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " eXactly GDPR Google Maps " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is eXactly GDPR Google Maps
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Guide

This section describes how to install and run the plugin.

  1. login to /wp-admin
  2. go to Plugin -> Add new plugin
  3. Search for “eXactly GDPR Google Maps”
  4. Install and activate the plugin directly from your WordPress backend
  5. Configure the eXactly GDPR Google Maps, via the plugin settings
  6. Visit Google Maps to get your iframe code. For more information visit Google Support Forum
  7. Paste your code into the iframe input field of the plugin
  8. Use the shortcode: [exactly-gdpr-map] anywhere on your website.
  9. Wrapp your map as you wish by giving it a max-width
  10. Look at your new Google Maps

Alternatively, the plugin can be installed by uploading it to your plugin files directory ‘wp-content/plugins/plugin-name’. The activation as well as all further steps are then carried out as usual from the WP-Admin area.
