Noted That:

• To install correctly this featured-first-then-random-sorting-for-woocommerce.zip .

3. Then, Find " Featured First then Random for WooCommerce " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Featured First then Random for WooCommerce
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,
