Noted That:

• To install correctly this filter-comments.zip.
• Fisrt Download the filter-comments.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open filter-comments.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside filter-comments.zip and Open readme.txt.
