How to add Flatty Flat Admin Theme in Wordpress

Noted That:

• To install correctly this flatty-flat-admin-theme.zip.
• Fisrt Download the flatty-flat-admin-theme.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open flatty-flat-admin-theme.zip to Your Computer.
