Noted That:

• To install correctly this flush-opcache-with-varnish.zip .
• Fisrt Download the flush-opcache-with-varnish.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open flush-opcache-with-varnish.zip to Your Computer.

3. Then, Find " Flush Opcache with Varnish " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.

5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,
