Noted That:

• To install correctly this gdpr-for-formidable-forms.zip .
• Fisrt Download the gdpr-for-formidable-forms.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open gdpr-for-formidable-forms.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside gdpr-for-formidable-forms.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " gdpr-for-formidable-forms.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " gdpr-for-formidable-forms.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded gdpr-for-formidable-forms.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " GDPR for Formidable Forms " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " GDPR for Formidable Forms " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " GDPR for Formidable Forms " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  GDPR for Formidable Forms Configurtions and Settings or How to work " GDPR for Formidable Forms " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " GDPR for Formidable Forms " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is GDPR for Formidable Forms
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Download and Activation

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. This is addon Plugin so need ‘The GDPR Framework’ first installed.
3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.

Setup Guide

Steps to add consent with Formidable Form are as follow:
1. First, create a custom consent type in “Tool > Data443 GDPR > Consent > Show Consent types > Add consent type”.
2. Then note down the slug for example the slug is “contact_acceptance”.
3. Then go to the Formidable form open Formidable form on which consent need to add.
4. Add the checkboxes to the form add label the checkbox. Remove any extra checkboxes.
5. Add a label for the checkbox choice and add the value same as slug for example in our case slug is “contact_acceptance”. Make that checkbox required.
6. Then save the form to reflect changes.

Steps to choose anonymized as follow:
1. when plugin is activated every field on Formidable form will contain one checkbox “Anonymize”
2. for all field which container checked checkbox anonymize on Anonymize data of that email all fields will become blank.
