How to add Gdpr For Ninja Forms in Wordpress

• To install correctly this gdpr-for-ninja-forms.zip .
• Fisrt Download the gdpr-for-ninja-forms.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open gdpr-for-ninja-forms.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside gdpr-for-ninja-forms.zip and Open readme.txt .

4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Ninja Forms: GDPR Framework Add-On
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Download and Activation

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. This is add-on Plug-in so need ‘The GDPR Framework’ first installed.
3. Activate the plug-in through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.

Setup Guide

Steps to enable concent and export Ninja Form data are as follow:
1. Open ninja form and on which you want these option enabled.
2. Go to Emails & Actions tab in ninja form.
3. Click on “+” Icon and choose “GDPR Data request”.
4. Select email field the field in the form. for example field code will be like this “{field:email}”.
5. After this you can click on “Done” and also click on publish to reflect changes.

Steps to add consent with Ninja Form are as follow:
1. First, create a custom consent type in “Tool > Data443 GDPR > Consent > Show Consent types > Add consent type”.
2. Then note down the slug for example the slug is “contact_acceptance”.
3. Then go to the ninja form open ninja form on which consent need to add.
4. Add the “Single Checkbox” to form add label to checkboxes.
5. Turn on Form Builder “Dev Mode” in Ninja form’s settings.
6. Add label for checkbox choice and add Field Key on Administration same as slug for example in our case slug is “contact_acceptance”. and make that checkbox required.
7. then save the form to reflect changes.

Steps to choose anonymized as follow:
1. Fields have option “This Field Is Personally Identifiable Data”.
2. for all field which container checked “This Field Is Personally Identifiable Data” that field will become blank on anonymize.
