A simple widget perfect for displaying upcoming events from your Google Calendar.

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this google-calendar-agenda.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the google-calendar-agenda.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open google-calendar-agenda.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside google-calendar-agenda.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "google-calendar-agenda.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "google-calendar-agenda.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded google-calendar-agenda.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "Google Calendar Agenda" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "Google Calendar Agenda" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "Google Calendar Agenda" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "Google Calendar Agenda" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Google Calendar Agenda
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

Guide
  1. Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.

  2. Go to “GCal Agenda Options” in the sidebar and input your Google Calendar ID (available under your Calendar Settings) or set your Google Calendar ID in the widget option. Set-up the caching options if required (recommended for faster loading once you’re happy with the widget settings).

  3. Go to Widgets, drag the “Google Calendar Agenda” widget to the your sidebar and define the widget’s Title and how many events you would like it to display.

  4. To insert into a post or page use the shortcode [minGcal].

Shortcode Options

  • count: The number of events you would like to display (numerical) (default: 5)
  • calid (new): The ID of the Google Calendar (This takes presidence over the ID in GCal Agenda Options).
  • links (new): If you want events of the Widget Title to be linked. Options: 0(Default, no links), 1(Title linked to the Google Calendar), 2(Events linked only), 3(Both Title & Events Linked).
