Noted That:

• To install correctly this google-plus-one-button.zip.
• Fisrt Download the google-plus-one-button.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open google-plus-one-button.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside google-plus-one-button.zip and Open readme.txt.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

3. Then, Find "Google Plus One Button" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Google Plus One Button
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,
