An extension of WooCommerce to create Color, Label and Image Variation Swatches for Product Attributes. Wordpress Tutorial

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this gs-woo-variation-swatches.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the gs-woo-variation-swatches.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open gs-woo-variation-swatches.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside gs-woo-variation-swatches.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " gs-woo-variation-swatches.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " gs-woo-variation-swatches.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded gs-woo-variation-swatches.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " GS Variation Swatches for WooCommerce " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " GS Variation Swatches for WooCommerce " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " GS Variation Swatches for WooCommerce " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  GS Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Configurtions and Settings or How to work " GS Variation Swatches for WooCommerce " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " GS Variation Swatches for WooCommerce " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is GS Variation Swatches for WooCommerce
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Install GS WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin as a regular WordPress plugin. Here is different ways to install GS WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin :

Install by Search Plugin

  • In your Admin, go to menu Plugins > Add New
  • Search GS WooCommerce Variation Swatches
  • Click to install
  • Activate the plugin
  • WooCommerce Variation Swatches settings panel will show under Settings menu.

Install by Upload Plugin

  • Download the latest version of GS WooCommerce Variation Swatches (.zip file)
  • In your Admin, go to menu Plugins > Add New
  • Select “Upload Plugin”
  • Click on “Choose File”
  • Select downloaded gs-woocommerce-variation.zip & click on ‘Install Now’ button
  • Activate the plugin
  • WooCommerce Variation Swatches settings panel will show under Settings menu.

Install Plugin using FTP

  • Upload gs-woocommerce-variation folder inside the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  • Go to WordPress dashboard > Plugins & Activate the GS WooCommerce Variation plugin
  • WooCommerce Variation Swatches settings panel will show under Settings menu.
