Health Progress will add a widget and shortcode to your site which will display your starting measurements and progress as you get healthy.

Noted That:

To install correctly this health-progress.zip.
Fisrt Download the health-progress.zip to your computer
Extract/Open health-progress.zip to Your Computer.
Then, Find readme.txt file inside health-progress.zip and Open readme.txt.
Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
Then, Follow the the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "health-progress.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "health-progress.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded health-progress.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "Health Progress" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "Health Progress" folder.

Noted that: If you do not see "Health Progress" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
Then, Find "Health Progress" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Health Progress
Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

You will then have that many fields available to you. Set the date with the date picker for when these starting measurements were taken. Input your fields, starting measurements and current values. For each measurement there are four fields. The title, the units, the starting measurement and the current value. The units can remain blank if you like and only digits should to in the starting measurement and current value. Submit the changes Next you can go to the Appearance then Widgets. You will see the widget availabe for you to add to your site. You can fill in the title you want to appear with this widget.
