How to add Hikari Featured Comments in Wordpress

• To install correctly this hikari-featured-comments.zip .
• Fisrt Download the hikari-featured-comments.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open hikari-featured-comments.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside hikari-featured-comments.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " hikari-featured-comments.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " hikari-featured-comments.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " hikari-featured-comments.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Hikari Featured Comments " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Hikari Featured Comments " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Hikari Featured Comments " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

Step-8 : Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about Hikari Featured Comments Configurations and Settings or How to work " Hikari Featured Comments " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " Hikari Featured Comments " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Hikari Featured Comments
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Hikari Featured Comments requires at least WordPress 2.9 and PHP5 to work.

You can use the built in installer and upgrader, or you can install the plugin manually.

1. Download the zip file, upload it to your server and extract all its content to your /wp-content/plugins folder. Make sure the plugin has its own folder (for exemple /wp-content/plugins/hikari-featured-comments/ ).
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress admin page.
3. That’s it! Go to any comment you wanna flag, open its edit page and see the new metabox available!
4. At first, no change will be visible. You must edit your theme’s comment.php or style.css to add any feature your creativity creates based on these properties.

Upgrading

If you have to upgrade manually, simply delete hikari-featured-comments folder and follow installation steps again.

Uninstalling

If you go to plugins list page and deactivate the plugin, it’s comments metadata stored in database
will remain stored and won’t be deleted.

In future version I’m gonna include an option to delete properties metadata from database.
