How to add Igsyntax Hiliter in Wordpress

• To install correctly this igsyntax-hiliter.zip .
• Fisrt Download the igsyntax-hiliter.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open igsyntax-hiliter.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside igsyntax-hiliter.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " igsyntax-hiliter.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " igsyntax-hiliter.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " igsyntax-hiliter.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Igsyntax Hiliter " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Igsyntax Hiliter " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Igsyntax Hiliter " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " iG:Syntax Hiliter " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is iG:Syntax Hiliter
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

UPGRADING from v4.0 or later

Just click update now link below the plugin listing on the plugins page in your wp-admin . That’s quite easy!!

UPGRADING from v3.x

Just deactivate plugin in WordPress admin, delete the syntax_hilite.php file & ig_syntax_hilite directory from plugins folder and follow the installation process below. That’s quite easy!!

UPGRADING from v2.1 or lower

Just deactivate plugin in WordPress admin, delete the syntax_hilite.php and geshi.php files & geshi directory from plugins folder and follow the installation process below. That’s quite easy!!

Installing The Plugin

1. Login to your WordPress wp-admin area.
2. Click Add New in the Plugins menu on left.
3. Enter iG:Syntax Hiliter in the search bar on the right on the page that opens and press Enter key.
4. WordPress would show the iG:Syntax Hiliter plugin with install button, click that to install the plugin.
5. Click on Activate Plugin link on the page that opens after the plugin has been installed successfully.
