Noted That:

  • To install correctly this ihs-geo-location.zip .
  • Fisrt Download the ihs-geo-location.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open ihs-geo-location.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside ihs-geo-location.zip and Open readme.txt .
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download " ihs-geo-location.zip " Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse " ihs-geo-location.zip "  Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded ihs-geo-location.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now"

6. Now, Click on " Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. " IHS Geo Location " folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on " IHS Geo Location " folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see " IHS Geo Location " folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu " Settings " or " Tools ".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about  IHS Geo Location Configurtions and Settings or How to work " IHS Geo Location " in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find " IHS Geo Location " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is IHS Geo Location
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress

  3. Add the following classes to the div elements in your theme to display the user’s current locality, city, state, country and address respectively.
    a- Class name ‘ihs-locality’ for locality
    b- Class name ‘ihs-city’ for city
    c- Class name ‘ihs-state’ for state
    d- Class name ‘ihs-country’ for country
    e- Class name ‘ihs-address’ for address
    You can also add the below shortcodes in your posts or pages content from WordPress Dashboard for locality, city, state, country and address respectively:
    a- [ihs_geo_locality] for locality
    b- [ihs_geo_city] for city
    c- [ihs_geo_state] for state
    d- [ihs_geo_country] for country
    e- [ihs_geo_address] for address

  4. You can get locationObjResult obj available inside request.done() in main.js which you can use to access the location data.
