Noted That:

• To install correctly this insert-script-in-headers-and-footers.zip .
• Fisrt Download the insert-script-in-headers-and-footers.zip to your computer

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " Insert Script In Headers And Footers " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Insert Script In Headers And Footers
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.

After active plugin go to Setting-> Insert Script In Headers And Footers.
