How to add Jetpack Post Views in Wordpress

• To install correctly this jetpack-post-views.zip .
• Fisrt Download the jetpack-post-views.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open jetpack-post-views.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside jetpack-post-views.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " jetpack-post-views.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " jetpack-post-views.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " jetpack-post-views.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Jetpack Post Views " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Jetpack Post Views " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Jetpack Post Views " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " Jetpack Post Views " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Jetpack Post Views
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

1. Upload jetpack-post-views.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Upon activation, stats will be downloaded automatically and entered into the post meta for each post. This process takes time! Depending on how many posts you have, this can take up to 5 minutes, so be patient!

NOTE: If the plugin does not work, go to the settings page and try entering in your WordPress API Key.

To find your API key, log into https://apikey.wordpress.com/. Enter this key into the “WordPress API key” field in the Jetpack Post Views Settings page and click “Save Changes.”

To display the total views for a post anywhere on your site, just add the following code to your files (such as single.php):

To display views for a day, week, month, or year, add the appropriate code:

ID, 'jetpack-post-views-Day', true ); ?>

ID, 'jetpack-post-views-Week', true ); ?>

ID, 'jetpack-post-views-Month', true ); ?>

ID, 'jetpack-post-views-Year', true ); ?>

Stats are updated hourly only if the plugin is active.
