How to add Laika Pedigree Tree in Wordpress

• To install correctly this laika-pedigree-tree.zip .
• Fisrt Download the laika-pedigree-tree.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open laika-pedigree-tree.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside laika-pedigree-tree.zip and Open readme.txt .
• Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
• Then, Follow the Tips Below.

Step-1 : Download " laika-pedigree-tree.zip " to Your Local Computer.

Step-2 : Then, Login to your " yourdomain.com/wp-admin " Dashboard.

Step-3 : Then, Click on " Plugins " + " Add New " from left Side Menu of Dashboard.

Step-4 : Now, Click on " Upload Plugin " button.

Step-5 : Now, Browse " laika-pedigree-tree.zip " Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded " laika-pedigree-tree.zip " According to Step – 1 Above then, click on " Install Now "

Step-6 : Now, Click on " Active Plugin "

Step-7 : Then, See left Side Menu. " Laika Pedigree Tree " folder is added on left Side Menu. Now, Click on " Laika Pedigree Tree " folder.

Noted that: If you do not see " Laika Pedigree Tree " folder on left Side Menu then, see at left Side Menu " Settings " or " Tools ".

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

1. Go to " Plugins " + " Installed Plugin " from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Then, Find " Laika Pedigree Tree " Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is Laika Pedigree Tree
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
3. Use the Settings-> Laika_Configuration to configure the plugin
4. A new content type is Added, the pluggin works in this way:
   • The identifier is the most important part, it must be unique for every pet
   • The identifier of the mum and dad will be tied to them (by their identifier), if they exists,
   • then the plugin will know, and draw the tree properly.
5. To view the page displaying all pets:
   • Create a new page and copy the page ID on settings (Laika Configuration), ID of the Archive
   • When you link to this page you can add filters bya arguments for gender and tags (optional)
   • For example mysite.com/yourpage/?gender=male will filter only males
   • mysite.com/yourpage/?gender=female&tags=germanshepherd+champion will filter only females with the tags ‘germanshepherd’ plus ‘champion’
