Noted That:

• To install correctly this lh-prefetch-and-render.zip.
• Fisrt Download the lh-prefetch-and-render.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open lh-prefetch-and-render.zip to Your Computer.

3. Then, Find "LH Prefetch and Render" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is LH Prefetch and Render
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

1. Upload the entire lh-prefetch-and-render folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Go to Appearance->Menus and create your list of urls to prefetch and render
4. Then go to Appearance->Menus->Manage Locations and set that menu as your Prefetch List
