Step-1 : Download " lh-prefetch-and-render.zip " to Your Local Computer.

  4. Then, Click on " Settings " from Plugin that is LH Prefetch and Render
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on " Save Changes " button,

  1. Upload the entire lh-prefetch-and-render folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. Go to Appearance-> Menus and create your list of urls to prefetch and render
  4. Then go to Appearance-> Menus-> Manage Locations and set that menu as your Prefetch List
