Live Chat by OggFlow is a customer support software and help desk suite (Web Analytics, CRM, Live Chat, Social Media, Ticketing).

Noted That:

  • To install correctly this live-chat-by-oggflow.zip.
  • Fisrt Download the live-chat-by-oggflow.zip to your computer
  • Extract/Open live-chat-by-oggflow.zip to Your Computer.
  • Then, Find readme.txt file inside live-chat-by-oggflow.zip and Open readme.txt.
  • Now, Read the Requirements of this plugin. Which Wordpress Version and PHP Version are required to run this Plugin in Your Wordpress Site.
  • Then, Follow the the Tips Below.

Start the Tips:

1. First Download "live-chat-by-oggflow.zip" Plugin to your Local Computer. (Click Download)

2. Then, Login to your "yourdomain.com/wp-admin" Dashboard.

3. Then, Click on "Plugins" + "Add New" from left sidemenu of Dashboard.

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

5. Now, Browse "live-chat-by-oggflow.zip" Downloaded plugin from your computer, Where you downloaded live-chat-by-oggflow.zip According to Step – 1 Above then, click on "Install Now"

6. Now, Click on "Active Plugin"

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "Live Chat by OggFlow" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "Live Chat by OggFlow" folder.

   Noted that: If you do not see "Live Chat by OggFlow" folder on left sidemenu then, see at left sidemenu "Settings" or "Tools".

8. Now you configure yourself oR Watch video tutorial below about Live Chat by OggFlow Configurtions and Settings or How to work "Live Chat by OggFlow" in your WordPress site.

After Activated Plugin According to Step-6 then,

  1. Go to "Plugins" + "Installed Plugin" from Wordpress Admin Panel Leftside Menu.
  2. or Direct go to: https://yourdomain/wp-admin/plugins.php
  3. Then, Find "Live Chat by OggFlow" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
  4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Live Chat by OggFlow
  5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

Guide

  1. If you don’t have an OggFlow account, please create one now at www.oggflow.com. After signing up, create a new chat widget.

  2. In the admin section of your WordPress site, click ‘plugins’ and then ‘add new’

  3. Search for ‘OggFlow’

  4. Click ‘Install Now’

  5. After Installation, select the ‘Settings’ on the left-hand navigation in your WordPress admin section.

  6. Login to OggFlow and copy the Chat Widget Key (under your newly created chat widget). Paste this key into the chat widget key field in the wordpress plugin.
