Noted That:

• To install correctly this loader-css3.zip.
• Fisrt Download the loader-css3.zip to your computer
• Extract/Open loader-css3.zip to Your Computer.
• Then, Find readme.txt file inside loader-css3.zip and Open readme.txt.

4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is Loader CSS3
