Noted That:

• To install correctly this machform-shortcode.zip.
• Fisrt Download the machform-shortcode.zip to your computer

4. Now, Click on "Upload Plugin" button.

7. Then, See left sidemenu. "MachForm Shortcode" folder is added on left sidemenu. Now, Click on "MachForm Shortcode" folder.

3. Then, Find "MachForm Shortcode" Activated Plugin from Plugin List.
4. Then, Click on "Settings" from Plugin that is MachForm Shortcode
5. Now, Edit/Add/Config the setting and Click on "Save Changes" button,

1. Install MachForm Shortcode either via the WordPress.org plugin directory, or by uploading the files to your server
2. After activating MachForm Shortcode, navigate to the “Machform Shortcode” menu link under “Settings” in your WordPress admin.
